Like a bad dream I'm back!

It's almost Friday bitches!

Almost that time. Yup you guessed it Friday bling! I know it's Thursday but it's going to be a very busy weekend. Looks like there will be a lot of you guys coming and going this weekend. Be safe and have fun. I stole this hard core fella. Geez talk about having heart. I wish I could hang with the lil guy I bet he could teach us all something about life. Live life to its fullest and don't take the opportunities life gives you for granted. Rock on lil dude! I'd love to know who this kid is if anyone knows.

League Meeting

Last night I made it to my first Marine Corps meeting in a while. Everyone made me feel so good and welcomed. Thanks for the kind thoughts. You guys are amazing. Saying for the weekend! It had to do with runny scrambled eggs and cornbread. Guess you had to be there. Mr. Ken, Gator, OD, Debbie, and I rode to cracker barrel yesterday. It was a beautiful ride. Perfect temp and an even better ride. Gator tried to convince me that molasses biscuits are really good. I still don't like them. Have a great week and don't work too hard.

Saturday was a wash!

Extreme thunderstorms put on quite the show yesterday. Wasn't much going on with all the rain. This is what most of us were doing.

Saw these at the store and had to pick them up for Gator. The beer is always cold and now the chips won't go stale! Just ask which are the guys chips and the girls first!!

Gun Show

I volunteer for the Marine Corps League to help raise money. This year we are raffling off a 6.5 Grendel. I love spending my time with veterans. Listening to their stories and enjoying the time I get with them. A few hours here an there is the least I can do. I feel guilty I don't give more of my time especially for the sacrifice that they have given for my freedoms. Left to right Jorge-Vietnam, Nick-Korean, George-Iwo Jima (first hour in) amazing men also Brandon (not pictured). Thank you fellas glad you came home safe and pray for the ones that don't. Next we are raffling off the LM308WSE. 2 dollars a ticket or 6 tickets for $10 money goes to the Marine Corps League to help marine veterans and their families and also Wounded Warriors Battalion at Camp Lejuene If you like to purchase tickets let me know. Hanging with the girls!

I had a great time this morning hanging with a few of the OG women. Mr. Ken helped me repair a wheel barrow tire so I could finish up my yard work. Snake was rotating his tires getting ready to ride to sturgis. Today was another back breaking busy day but when you look back at all the hard work it makes you feel good inside. Like I said earlier when it rains it pours. My washing machine broke this week so I was stressing about buying another one. My boss called me Friday and told me that he and his wife had talked about it and because I work so hard for them they were going to buy one for me. Wow! Hard work does pay off and people notice. I was completely speechless. So it gets delivered Thursday. Thanks to Debbie for letting me wash my clothes. The "kids" kept an eye on me while I was working in the yard. Keep Wolf(the white one) in your thoughts. My old guy isn't doing so well today so send some good thoughts his way. I hope everyone has a great week and thanks for reading my blog :-)

Hanging with the fellas!

Beer drinking, story telling and laughing. I brought gator an 18 pack of PBR. I got a few looks as i bungied the case to my waist and rode down the road on the sporty. We tried out the chicken shack! Good chicken and good times with good friends. Hot hot hot....we made up a new game for the Halloween party botchi beer, we practiced for quite a while. Found Shoprag some custom chrome parts haha. All in all it was a great time. Thanks again guys!

Helpful Stuff

A great friend once told me tell the truth cause it less you have to remember the next time. As we age our memory gets worse and worse and makes remembering those lies harder. Sorry there hasn't been much posting about motorcycles but wow life has been pretty crazy busy. Great things are ahead no matter how many things break I am keeping a positive attitude. Can't keep this woman down.

Busy weekend!

It was an extremely busy weekend. Catching up on some much needed tidying up. Getting my house and yard de-cluttered between storms was tough. We had some really wicked thunderstorms this weekend and thanks to that I was up at the crack of dawn most of the weekend. It's always nice after its done to be able to drink a beer and look back at what you have accomplished. Have a great week everyone!

Cycle Den,PA

I am lucky I got to see this place before this fire happened. I was amazed at the amount of antique parts and bikes this place had. There was a 3 alarm accidental fire yesterday and the place burnt completely down to the ground. This place was a bike shop since the 1940's and had a huge collection of bikes and parts. It was unlike anything I had ever seen. Sad to see things like this happen. I wish the owner and employees the best and I am glad to hear that no one was hurt in the fire. They were able to get most of the bikes out but everything else was a total loss.
