Monday motivation.

Monday has started off with a roll. I am glad I got to spend the time this weekend meeting new people and seeing old friends. I am exhausted but it was worth every minute.

Here is a video from some of the guys on the run. Hope this morning finds you all doing well. I appreciate all the calls texts and emails. I am so much better than I was and I appreciate everyone's thoughtfulness.

The run was great except my kidney wouldn't hold out. I ended up in the emergency room on Sunday morning with a kidney infection. Once I'm feeling better I will post pictures of the run and even better the party at the Black Sheep's after the run. Enjoy your day!
